Formal Garden Design Bristol

This lovely client inherited a beautiful garden when they moved to Bristol, however it was hidden by overgrown trees and shrubs, and was in need of some serious TLC.

This involved cutting back and removing any overgrown or dying trees and shrubs that had been neglected and fallen into poor health. Then sensitively highlighting the old design, extending the outline of an existing formal border, so as to make a nod towards it’s history. Then filling this with lots of new textured and abundant planting, which brings colour and joy the whole year round.

This has been an on going project and it has been a delight working alongside the team at Bark and Gardens, who have taken great care in maintaining this garden to a high standard.
