Historic Garden Design

This historic house and garden based in North Bristol has been delicately restored by the client and needed the garden to be designed with the same gentle touch. Removing a large tarmac drive that lead right up to the front door, and introducing a separate vehicular access route and parking space hidden to the side of the property.

A sweeping pedestrian only yorkstone path was then introduced to the front door, along with borders of successional planting, full of shades of pink, purples and whites, that provide interest to whole year round.

“The garden continues to look lovely here! In the past few weeks these beautiful white flowers have popped up in the beds and the dahlias are wonderful! The strawberry and cream hydrangeas are turning from white into a really pretty pink too.” – Client
